The Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (NOMAR) is the commercial arm of the association. CID provides its members with opportunities to gain extra professional knowledge in the marketing and management of commercial and investment properties in New Orleans and Louisiana.

CID hosts social networking events to share new listings and "wants and needs," and seminars by qualified specialists providing overviews and updates on relevant topics of interest to members.

CID also provides numerous commercial real estate classes so that members can obtain the required 12 hours of annual CE in commercial topics. Members attend free. Please see the calendar on this website for class offerings. Classes are held at various venues for the convenience of our members. However, they are most often held at the NOMAR office in Metairie at 3645 N I-10 Service Road W and at the NOMAR office in Mandeville at 4350 Hwy 22, Suite J, in the Beau Marche Shopping Center.

The CID Board of Directors meets monthly on the first Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. at the NOMAR office in Metairie. Board meetings are open to all members.

CID annual dues are $50 for members and $75 Affiliate members. Dues help support the educational, marketing, public interest, and social programs of the organization.

CID members must hold current membership as a REALTOR® or Institute Affiliate in any board.
