Affiliate Members of NOMAR

By offering Affiliate Memberships, the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® encourages closer working relationships with our allied industries such as title companies, home service firms and mortgage companies.  Affiliate members benefit from the opportunity to network with REALTOR® members at our meetings and functions.

Anyone in a real estate related firm is invited to join.  Moreover, anyone who performs a service that commonly benefits REALTORS® such as computer oriented services, printers, portable phone dealers or automobile leasers are invited to join us.  Your reasonable NOMAR Affiliate dues can begin giving you a return on your investment right away!  Contact us any time or click here for an application form.

Affiliate Membership Benefits include: 

• Your name and company on NOMAR's website.  We link your company name to your website.
• Member contact information is available by Excel Spreadsheet at member prices.  At present, we have over 5,200 members.

 Networking Opportunities include:

• Weekly newsletter, via email, including the latest news and events from NOMAR.
• Sponsoring one of our educational classes, new member orientation classes or special events in which you will be given a limited time to address REALTORS® introducing them to you and your business.
• "REALTOR® Mixers," a night event held every other month at a local bar or restaurant for REALTORS® and Affiliates to network.
• Annual "REALTOR® Appreciation Day," last year's attendance was over 500 REALTOR® members.  Affiliate sponsorhips make this event possible.  Affiliate Sponsor brochures, sponsor signs, power point presentation, and website exposure are benefits provided to you for sponsoring this function.
• Annual "Pet Adoption Day," an event held at NOMAR and hosted by the Affiliate Committee, to benefit an animal adoption shelter or agency of the committee chair's choosing.  This is a perfect time to reach out to clients and continue that relationship with them, as it allows them to stay in touch with their clients as well.  Affiliate sponsorships and involvement make this event possible.
• Affiliate of The Year Award, held annually.
• NOMAR's Annual Bowling Tournament held in June.  Many REALTORS® participate in this event and it is a perfect time for our Affiliates to network with them.
• Advertising opportunities on our website.
