Kathleen "Kathy" DeLatte I am honored to be a candidate for NOMAR's 2019 Board of Directors. The Board is a respected group of professionals whose duty, amoung many others, is to ensure the proper representation of the membership it serves. REALTOR® volunteer history on committee(s) and task force(s): Chair - Managers' Advisory Committee |
David Favret I have been an agent with French Quarter Realty for a little over 14 years and, last year, was promoted to managing broker. Although I've volunteered with many organizations throughout my life, it didn't occur to me to volunteer with NOMAR until I began spending time at the association preparing to become my company's broker. I had never thought about who did the work, nor did I appreciate the level of effort that goes into providing what the association offers to its members. But I quickly learned that my voice and participation were welcomed and I jumped in with both feet. I currently serve on two NOMAR committees, a GSREIN committee, as well as two committees for Louisiana REALTORS®, and am honored that I will serve on the 2019 Louisiana REALTORS® Board of Directors. If elected to NOMAR's Board, I will strive to have agents realize the relevance and value of their membership and work to increase participation from those who don't know or see the importance of serving. I hope that my skills, personality and experience in the industry will benefit the association and, ultimately, you. REALTOR® volunteer history on committee(s) and task force(s): NOMAR: Grievance Committee and REALTOR® Appreciation Day Committee |
Amanda Hanemann I am a full time licensed REALTOR®, and have been in the business for over 15 years. I am a Broker and the Relocation Director for Coldwell Banker TEC, REALTORS®. I currently serve as your Secretary/Treasurer of NOMAR. This is my third year of service to you, our members, and how our Board plays such an integral role in our business at a local, state, and national level, always looking out for the best interest of our membership. REALTOR® volunteer history on committee(s) and task force(s): Manager's Advisory Committee Vice-Chair 2014, Chair 2015 & 2016 |
Beverly Tynes, GRI I received my Real Estate license in 1988. I started my career working my with parents, Dale and JoAnn Tynes at Dale Tynes & Associates as a secretary. While at Dale Tynes & Assoc., I was a Casualty Ins. Agent, Property Mgr, Sales Agent and finally Managing Broker. LATTER & BLUM INC. acquired my family company in 2012. I managed the LATTER & BLUM INC. New Orleans East office and am now the Managing Broker at LATTER & BLUM INC. Slidell Branch. My experience in both the small broker firm and the large broker firm I believe sets me apart from other candidates. I understand the challenges the agents have in both companies, large and small. I will work hard representing you on the NOMAR Board to insure all agents have a voice in our industry. I will be honored to have your support and vote in the upcoming election. Designations I have received: GRI, ABR, SRS, E-Pro, CRB REALTOR® volunteer history on committee(s) and task force(s): NOMAR: |
