Call for Candidates! For 2020 NOMAR & GSREIN Board of Directors Election

The leadership of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®, Inc. and the Gulf South Real Estate Information Network, Inc. encourage you, as a REALTOR® member, to submit your name as a candidate for the Board of Directors of either entity. Your involvement is invited and appreciated.
 
To be elected to the NOMAR Board of Directors you must:         
  1. Be a REALTOR® in good standing for the previous three (3) years, and
  2. Whose primary business objective is the active engagement in listing and/or selling real estate, including, but not limited to, being an owner of a real estate company or acting in a managerial capacity of a real estate company whose primary business objective is the active engagement in listing and/or selling real property, and
  3. Must hold Primary REALTOR® membership in NOMAR, and
  4. Must have served on (meeting attendance required) a NOMAR or GSREIN Committee or Task Force for a minimum of one year within the last four years.
 
To be elected to the GSREIN Board of Directors you must:         
  1. Be a REALTOR® in good standing for the previous twelve (12) months, and
  2. Whose primary business objective is the active engagement in listing and/or selling real estate, including, but not limited to, being an owner of a real estate company or acting in a managerial capacity of a real estate company whose primary business objective is the active engagement in listing and/or selling real property, and
  3. Must hold Primary or Secondary REALTOR® membership in NOMAR, and
  4. Must have served on (meeting attendance required) a NOMAR or GSREIN Committee or Task Force for a minimum of one year within the last four years.
 
Candidates for both Board of Directors must go through the interview process unless the nominee is a currently seated director seeking re-election and the nominee has previously gone through the interview process.
