Live Classes, Events, Hearings & Non-essential Meetings Postponed until June 30 

Out of an abundance of caution, and in accordance with recommended guidelines and procedures, NOMAR will be postponing all live classes, events, professional standards hearings and non-essential meetings until June 30, 2020. NOMAR is making the safety of its members and staff a priority.

 

Live Vitrual Training

We are now offering all our trainings virtually! We have free live trainings throughout the month for Authentisign, Instanet, Remine, ShowingTime & Matrix MLS. Check NOMAR Calendar for the latest educational offerings & register today! 

Due to popular demand, all Matrix classes will allow up to 30 attendees. For stronger connections, we recommend that you connect to the internet via an ethernet cable, if possible. Also, please register for Zoom prior to class starting. Zoom Signup

 

Virtual Matrix Lab Every Tuesday

Virtually drop in for an “Ask the Trainer” question and answer session. Carli Harris from CoreLogic be hosting an hour long Zoom for our members to get their Matrix questions answered. This is for all you who want a little more than just a phone call or an email to get your answer. 

No need to register, just follow this link any Tuesday at 2:00 and you join the live Matrix support. Stay the whole hour and listen to other members’ questions or leave after you get your answer.  

 

Lockbox Hotline and Procedure for obtaining a box or key on your phone 

Our staff continues to work our normal hours Monday – Friday and we are available to assist you. Call 504-885-3200 and our receptionist will greet you and assure that you reach the appropriate staff person. 
 
Metairie hours of assistance: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Mandeville hours of assistance: 9:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
 
We have a dropbox in Metairie on the post by the door to the office. We have a mail slot in the door of the Mandeville office. Both are checked by staff on a regular basis.
 
Out of an abundance of caution, the following electronic key and lockbox procedures have been implemented. The new process makes it quicker and easier for you to obtain a Supra Key on your phone or a Supra lockbox.
 
Our Lockbox Department is available to issue Lockboxes and answer questions. You may call 504-885-3200 to be transferred or call the direct line to staff shown below. 
 
Need a SUPRA Lockbox?
Contact the staff first at one of the numbers below so that staff can program your lockbox shackle code over the phone, process your payment and make arrangements for you to pick up your box. 
 
For the safety of staff, if you are symptomatic for Coronavirus, run a fever, are asymptomatic with a positive result, or have been exposed to Coronavirus please DO NOT come to the office for the drive through pick-up. Staff are following the same guidelines for your protection. There will be no contact and social distancing will be maintained when you pick up your box outside the office.
 
Need to set up Supra Key on your phone?
You no longer need to come to the office. Just call and we will get you all setup by phone.
