As a full-time REALTOR® since 2001 and Broker since 2008, I have experienced first-hand the fast-paced changes that have swept through our industry. How NOMAR reacts and responds to the new changes and challenges coming every day will affect all of our future careers.
I stay very active at NOMAR and engaged in national discussions, trends and topics. Listening to our membership and staying ahead of the curve in the changing real estate landscape will be my top priorities on the Board.

I have served on numerous committees including Affordable Housing, Affiliates and Grievance Committees. I am currently the Chairman of the Chapter & By-Laws Committee for NOMAR and have been well-mentored by my manager Evelyn Wolford.
While attending NAR and LR Conferences for the past several years, I have networked with and been encouraged by many leaders around the state whose wisdom has been insightful. I believe I have new ideas and enthusiasm to bring to the table and would be honored to serve you. |

In 1985, I became a Property Manager. I became a licensed agent in 1989, an attorney in 1993, and a broker in 1998. I hold one license of a 30 year friend.
While I don't work as a REALTOR®, I interact with REALTORS® every day. I teach 200+ hours of CE to REALTORS® every year. I participate in every function possible that involves REALTORS®. I have closed 14,000+ transactions involving REALTORS®.

I have served on the Affiliates Committee, the Forms Comittee (Chair), the Education Committee and the Grievance Committe.
I have an open invitation to serve as a CE Instructor for NOMAR any time that I am needed, which results in me teaching 10 to 15 classes a year on behalf of NOMAR.
I also volunteer as an Instructor for New Member Orientation, and I typically teach this class a couple of times a year.

As a past Director, I have had the pleasure of serving the REALTOR® members. My prior directorship gave me insight as to what the Board of Directors role is to the membership, how great it is, and ways it can be improved upon. I was so excited when asked by my peers to run for 2015 Director of NOMAR, which in itself was a huge compliment. As a past Director, I know the importance of having a voice that represents our REALTOR® members. I am an Enthusiastic Team Partner, being part of NOMAR's Leadership has been such a rewarding experience.
