WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!
As you know NOMAR is currently conducting a FOOD DRIVE in partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank. We are hoping to donate 5,000 lbs of food before Thanksgiving. Thanks to your help, we have donated over 700 lbs to Second Harvest, but we still have a long way to go!
For those of you who have donated we thank you and we ask you to continue your efforts. Remember, you can drop off food items at NOMAR anytime you attend a meeting, class, or are in the area, or you can arrange to have donations picked up from your office. If you would prefer to make a financial contribution, a $10 donation equals 35 pounds of food and provides 28 meals to families in the metro area. Checks can be made payable to Secondar Harvest and can be mailed to or dropped off at the NOMAR (Metairie) office. The FOOD DRIVE continues until November 14th, 2013.
