Chip Meyers started his career in Commercial/Investment Real Estate in 1977, after spending 9 years in the U.S. Navy as a fighter pilot.
He was active in the brokerage of Investment Real Estate, selling hundres of multi-family buildings and other types of investment properties, both in San Diego, CA, and Albuquerque, NM. He also managed New Mexico's largest Commercial/Investment firm, with a sales force over 40 agents for 7+ years.
Chip wrote this course specifically for CE credit for licensees with an interest in Investment Real Estate, and presents it regularly in 26 cities in Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Oklahoma, Missouri, and now Louisiana.
