This program provides detailed information about the historic house types and neighborhoods of New Orleans as well as pertinent information about financial incentives, renovation financing, and permitting that will enable local you to better market and sell historic New Orleans homes. This program will earn 4 CE credits (by the LA Real Estate Commission) and by attending 2 additional PRC education programs, the PRC designation of Historic House Specialist. 8:30 am – 3:00 pm at the PRC (923 Tchoupitoulas Street.)
