Our E-Commerce Merchant, the National Association of REALTORS® has been working with us since October to meet new requirements of the PCI Standards as put forth by the credit card companies.

One of those standards is the communication method of SSL that needs to be retired and replaced with TLS v1.2.  On March 23rd, NAR will be retiring the SSL on E-Commerce live so only the TLS v1.2 method will work.  This will take place at 8:30am Central Time.

What does this mean to you?  It means that you will need to make sure you are not using an old browser as they cannot support TLS.  If you use Chrome, Firefox or Safari, you should be fine as those browsers auto-update themselves each time you use them.  For IE (Internet Explorer) users, you need to make sure you are on at least IE 8.

For IE 8, 9 and 10, you need to change a setting if it has not been done already.  Please note:  many banks, financial institutions, bill paying sites, etc, have already gone to TLS so your browser may already be set.
