First Homebuying Course of The Year English, January 18th & 19th
Realizing the need to simplify the path for citizens to achieve, "the Dream of Homeownership", Sulli Educational Services, Inc. is sponsoring a 12-hour certified homebuyer program. The English course is Saturday, January 18th 10am to 6pm and Sunday, January 19th 1pm to 5pm. You must attend both days of the course. All 12-hours are necessary to receive a certificate. The program is $80.
At the end of the course students will receive verification of training that within income limitation opens the door to the various programs in assistance if eligible, Home Funds, Bond Money, various grants in each parish, soft second funds and other grants that help them with their down payment or closing costs. Assistance is subject to credit and income guidelines. Classes will be held at the Hispanic Resource Center located at 4312 Florida Ave, Kenner, LA 70065.
