NAR Live Webcast on Closing Process Changes
REALTOR Magazine is hosting a live webcast on what you need to know about the closing process changes coming later this year and how to help keep transactions on track as the new process and forms take effect. The webcast will be Thursday, July 16, at 2pm Eastern Time, and will feature attorney Phil Schulman of K&L Gates, an expert on federal closing rules, and NAR Senior Counsel Finley Maxon.
NOMAR Northshore and Crescent Title Host a Lunch & Learn with St. Tammany Assessor on July 21st
St. Tammany Parish Assessor Louis Fitzmorris will be at NOMAR's Mandeville Office, 4350 Hwy 22, Suite J (between Rouses and the Blood Center) to answer questions and give a presentation before the St. Tammany tax rolls open in August. Assessor Fitzmorris will speak on "Closing Guidelines for Real Estate Professionals".
