Key & Lockbox Exchange Appointments

key and lockbox exchange mandatory for REALNews

All Active Key & Lockbox exchanges will now be by appointment only.

Please realize that there are only 2 staff in each office to assist you, so it may take days for you to get an appointment.

To book your appointment now: please call either the Metairie office at 504-885-3200 or the Mandeville office at 985-882-8521

Due to the large number of people making appointments, if you have to re-schedule an existing appointment there will be a $25 re-scheduling fee. This has become necessary to ensure everyone who needs an appointment gets in as quickly as possible.

Our goal is to make this transition as easy as possible for our members so please make your appointment.

An Internet Data Exchange (IDX, also known as Information Data Exchange) is a real estate property search site which allows the public to conduct searches of approved Multiple Listing Service properties in a certain area.  (Uses company websites)

Real Estate Transaction Standards (RETS) is used to give brokers, agents and third parties access to listing and transaction data.  (For office management and syndication)

NOMAR Partnership with NOPD for a Safer New Orleans

NMAR NOPD Partnership

NOMAR is challenging all REALTORS® to join us in our efforts to install 100 cameras for a safer New Orleans! NOMAR's $15,000 grant (in conjunction with NAR) to the New Orleans Police & Justice Foundation purchased the first 34 cameras. Thanks to a $10,000 contribution from Latter & Blum and the donations of many other REALTOR® members, NOPJF was able to purchase 26 more cameras. We are now only 40 cameras away from reaching our 100 camera goal!

Don't forget, Latter & Blum is offering a dollar-for-dollar match to the United Way for each dollar donated by REALTORS® to the New Orleans Police & Justice Foundation. Donations will be matched up to $15,000 in a donation to United Way to support their social service efforts to stop crime before it starts.
