NOMAR Affiliates Committee Second Annual Doggie Adoption Day – Nov. 4!

Come out to NOMAR's Metairie Office THIS FRIDAY, Nov. 4 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. and help a dog find their forever home. All dogs are rescues from the August floods across the state and are currently being housed at Zeus' Rescues. 
 
This is a great opportunity to get back in touch with former clients and help a great cause! If you cannot adopt a dog, there will be $5 plate lunches available for purchase, as well as a parade of prizes and a beanbag toss game!

First Annual Northshore 80’s Prom Bowling Tournament

On Thursday, Nov. 17, join us for a wicked awesome bowling tournament at Tiffany Lanes in Mandeville! This year's theme is 80's prom, so put on your most rad costume and get ready to jam out to all the best music from the 80's, because we know you still know all the words. Here's the 411 - this tournament will be from 1 - 4 p.m. and willbenefit the Covington Food Bank, and there will be prizes given out for the most ace costumes and bowlers. Cost is $125 for teams of four.

Army Corps of Engineers Construction Update

The Army Corps is currently constructing the Southeast Louisiana Urban Flood Control Project (SELA) in Orleans and Jefferson parishes. This work includes construction of large underground box culverts that will work to get rain water off the streets faster and into the box culverts.

Historic House Specialist Seminar for Real Estate Agents
