January 2017 New Member Orientation Date Moved

The New Member Orientation date for January 2017 has been moved to Tuesday, January 10, 2016 for both the Metairie and Mandeville offices due to the holidays. Orientation will begin at 9 a.m., as usual. View the January 2017 online calendar for details.

MLS Access Suspended for 462 REALTORS® as of January 3

Because their NOMAR member record does not reflect compliance with NAR's requirement for "Code of Ethics Training - Cycle 4"(also known as "Quadrennial Ethics Training"). If these members do not provide NOMAR with proof of compliance by February 27, 2017, they will be terminated.

REALTORS® have been notified via email and mail numerous times.  These members* are still non-compliant.

Condolences for...

Conrad Payne Garner, of Donald Julien & Associates, passed away Monday, December 19. Services were held on December 24 at the Mothe Funeral Home in Harvey.

Charles J. Alfortish, father of Charlie Alfortish, of Alfortish Realty, passed away on Saturday, December 24. Services were held on December 29 at Garden of Memories Funeral Home in Metairie. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Magnolia Community Services.
