“Under all is the land. Upon its wise utilization and widely allocated ownership depend the survival and growth of free institutions and of our civilization. REALTORS® should recognize that the interests of the nation and its citizens require the highest and best use of the land and the widest distribution of land ownership…”

The National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics was adopted in 1913 and ensures that consumers are served by REALTORS® to cooperate with each other in furthering clients’ best interests. This class will discuss common situations REALTORS® face in which it is easy to break the Code while trying to do the right thing.

This course is being offered at no cost* to REALTOR® Members and approved for four (4) hours of Louisiana CE credit and satisfies the 2.5 hour ethics training requirement established by the National Association of REALTORS® and enforced by local associations. The current two-year cycle began January 1, 2017 and the deadline to complete the requirement is December 31, 2018.

Registration is through Louisiana REALTORS.
