2018 CID Awards Applications Now Open

APPLICATION DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL 5 PM ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 8, 2019!

The online application portal for 2018 CID Awards is now open. Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Friday, May 3, 2019.

Instructions:

1. Download and complete the Deal Sheet for each of your qualifying deals for 2018. You can download the spreadsheet here.

2. Complete the online application by clicking the button below or by visiting https://forms.gle/gveiPkyerQNFJryRA.
