Annual Agent MLS Dues - DUE FRIDAY!
Current dues billed are for the period July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018; dues are $340. NOMAR members receive a $20 discount due to services extended to GSREIN members that are funded from NOMAR dues, such as Professional Standards and support staff.
Please note: Dues are due by June 30 and are considered delinquent on July 1. After June 30, there is a $75 delinquent fee that must be sent in with payment. On July 1, the user's MLS services will be suspended for nonpayment.

Condolences for...
Kelly Hereford, husband of Susan Hereford of KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY-NEW ORLEANS, passed away on June 9. A celebration of his life will be held on July 8 at Rayne Methodist Church, with visitation beginning at 1 p.m., and a service following. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you offer one random act of kindness in Kelly's honor.

- Cancel online. This is the easiest and most assured way to cancel a registration, and it’s the only way that’s instant. Log on to the NOMAR website and click on:

Mandatory Topics for Agents and Brokers
For 2017, LREC has mandated a topic for sales agents and a topic for brokers. All broker licensees must complete BOTH mandatory topics.
Sales agents must complete “2017 Mandatory - Insurance Awareness and Contract Timelines.” Brokers must complete “2017 Mandatory - Insurance Awareness and Contract Timelines” and “2017 Broker Mandatory - Broker Responsibility.”
Twelve hours of continuing education are required for 2017 and must include the mandatory topic(s) applicable to your license.
