REALTOR® Call For Action
We need your help to tell the United States Senate to get to work and make homeownership a priority! Only 11% of NOMAR members have responded to this Call for Action. The call ends next Friday, but if you haven't responded yet, it's not too late!
Take action now to urge your Senators to pass H.R. 3700, the "Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016," which makes common sense changes to the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) condominium loan program.
Earlier this year, the U.S. House passed this bill unanimously, with a vote of 427-0! If that sounds like its popular that's because every voting Democrat and Republican Representative in the U.S. House supported it. But, the Senate has yet to act. The time is now to send this legislation to the President's desk and provide much needed help to future homebuyers -- but the Senate must act first.
